Kids Ministry
Children’s Ministries
In order to balance out all the negative influences in today’s world, it is crucial that children be exposed to Christian principals in order to develop grounded values. Strong Biblical based teaching as well as opportunities to build friendships with others that share their Christian faith is the basis for all of our children’s programs.
Kids Playgroup - Mothers with preschool children meet once a month.
One Thursday each month the mothers and their preschool children meet at a designated play area for fun (for the kids) and fellowship (for the moms).
Playground Toddlers - 3 years of age meet Sundays at 9:30-10:00.
An introduction to God is the them for the Playground kids. They may be small, and seem uninterested, but this is the best time to introduce the value of God and Jesus. Time is spent on singing, introductory Bible stories and related crafts and games.
Kids Korner - Toddlers - Kindergarten meet during Sunday Worship
For those that choose to take advantage of this opportunity, teachers review the earlier lesson with a focus on application and interaction.
Club House - Ages 4-Kindergarten meet at 9:30-10:00 on Sundays.
Age appropriate level Bible stories are shared with a focus on the fundamentals of Christianity taught through key stories of the Bible.
Tree House - Grades 1st through 6th meet on Sundays at 9:30-10:00
Curriculum focuses on teaching the fundamentals of the Bible and building an appreciation for the content by applying the lessons to daily life. Currently, Tree House is embarking on a 52-week course through the Bible from beginning to end. During this session, the children will learn the sequence of events, key lessons and how they apply, all while learning to use a Bible.
