We strive to be culturally relevant by the standards of our members in the forms of music/worship and communications. We will be careful to evaluate the effect of contemporary forms in order to guard our ministry standards.

Informal

From classrooms to talk-shows, our culture is listening and learning in an informal environment that encourages some degree of spontaneity and audience participation. Where possible, our ministries model an atmosphere which compliments that trend.

Excellence

Doing all our work as unto the Lord, we strive to serve Him with a degree of “professionalism” which is worthy of His glory and which is evidence of our love. At the same time, we try to avoid the trap of prideful perfectionism.

Practical

In both our outreach ministries and church programs we attempt to meet people where they are and lead them to a deeper and more consistent spiritual life in a relevant and straightforward manner.

Family Friendly

Recognizing the many forces in our society which tend to pull families in different directions, we make a conscious effort to plan for intergenerational activities, allowing for families to participate together.

Transformation

We encourage yieldedness to God and we celebrate what He is doing in our lives. We promote the life of Christ in the believer as well as help him or her to mark that progress as an encouragement for further spiritual growth in themselves and in others.
